1. Start with your design

Digitizing turns your logo into a stitch file, once per design. It is $25 when our automatic digitizer can handle it, or $35 when the design needs to be digitized by hand. Try the free stitch preview below to find out which.

Tips for best results

Use the biggest, highest-quality version of your logo you have. A logo saved off a website or a screenshot is usually too small or compressed to trace cleanly — if you have the original design file, export a large PNG directly from it instead.
Small text and thin lines may not embroider clearly no matter the image quality — that's a real limit of thread and needles, not just our software. If your logo has a tagline or fine print, expect we may need to simplify it, enlarge it, or leave it off (especially on smaller items like hats).
Simple, bold, solid-color designs stitch best. Gradients, photos, drop shadows, and soft blends don't translate to thread — flat colors and clean shapes do.
PNG works better than JPEG for logos — JPEG compression can fuzz up sharp edges and flat color areas.

Number of thread colors

How many distinct thread colors your logo needs (2–10). Too few and small details can get lost or merged into the wrong color; too many rarely helps. Not sure? 4 is a good starting point — check the preview and adjust if it doesn't look right.

Fine details (small text or thin lines)

Uses a denser stitch fill for logos with small text or thin linework.

Background

Most logos have a plain background that should be removed. Choose "keep it" only if the background is really part of the design, like a colored patch or badge.

2. What do you want embroidered?

Each price includes one design embroidered up to 4"×4" (for example, a left chest or the front of a hat). Larger or additional designs are quoted separately.

Prices are based on the garments listed. We are happy to use another brand or style of the same cost; a more expensive garment adds the difference in cost, which we will go over with you first. We don't ask for sizes here, so your estimate is a range: the low end assumes every shirt is 1XL or smaller, the high end assumes every one is 2XL or larger.

3. Review and send

This is a budgeting estimate. Final pricing is confirmed after Jaime reviews your artwork. The logo you chose is sent to Jaime with your request so she can prepare it; if you did not choose one, we will email you to ask for it. If you used the preview, Jaime also receives the stitch file our tool prepared for it, so she can stitch exactly what you saw. That file is kept for her shop and is not shared with customers.
