Privacy

When you submit a quote or contact form we collect the name, email, phone number, and project details you enter. We use them only to respond to your request and keep a record of your orders. We do not sell or share your information.

If you upload a logo with an embroidery quote, it is sent with your quote and saved in a private folder in Jaime's Google Drive so she can prepare your quote. If you use the stitch preview, the uploaded image is used only to make the preview and is deleted right afterwards. The preview picture and the stitch file our tool prepares from it are kept for a little while in case you go on to submit a quote (the preview picture for about 15 minutes, the stitch file for a few hours). If you do submit a quote, a copy of both is saved with it in the same private Drive folder for Jaime's use — including the preview picture, so she can see exactly what you saw when you requested the quote — and neither is shared with customers. If you do not send a quote, neither is saved.
